THDC Field Engineer Vacancy Details & Eligibility
The appointment drive aims to select seven Field Engineer (Level I) positions in four disciplines. There are four vacancies in Geo-Technical Engineering, one in Structural Engineering, one in Hydrology, and one in Seismology. Candidates should hold a full-time B.E/B. Tech/B. Sc (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Additionally, an M. Tech in the relevant specialization is mandatory. The upper age limit is 30 years as of June 11, 2025, with relaxations for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates. No work experience is required, but experience with industry software like AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Rocscience, and Phase2 will be preffered for selection .

Candidates can apply online through www.thdc.co.in between June 11 upto July 10, 2025. The application fee is Rs. 600 for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Project Affected candidates are an exception. Applicants must fill their personal, educational, and professional details correctly and upload scanned copies of required documents, photographs and signatures. After submission, candidates should take a printout of the application form . The selection is based on interviews, shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or the THDC website for further stages.

The candidates will be selected by their performance in interview. To qualify, open merit category aspirants should score minimum 50% marks, while reserved category candidates need 40%.
