The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has declared the JSSC Secondary Teacher Recruitment 2025 for 1,373 vacancies of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) in Jharkhand. The online application process shall begin on June 18, 2025, and the last date to apply for these posts is July 17, 2025. Applicants should apply on the JSSC website (jssc.jharkhand.gov.in) to apply for these posts .
The appointment drive aims to fill posts in various subjects such as Political Science, Sociology, Computer Science, Special Education, and regional languages like Santhali, Urdu. The selected students will receive a pay scale of Rs. 35,400–1,12,400, along with other government perks.
Eligibility Criteria and Important Dates for JSSC Teacher Recruitment
To apply for the posts advertised, applicants should meet certain eligibility criteria. The lower age limit is 21 years, and the upper age limit is 40 years (as of August 1, 2025). Age relaxation is given for reserved categories as per government rules. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university. Also, they should be registered with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
